We stood tall,
We were white,
We were beautiful,
You were in awe, seeing all our might.

Now we die,
Now we melt,
You cite one cause,
“It’s global warming around the world belt!”

it’s so easy, for you to say,
none of you want to take the blame,
you shout,” keep pollution at bay”
we see our mother nature crying in pain.

You will die one day,
You will perish too,
Mitigate your comforts,
Alleviate your luxury,
Yes, we say so, while it’s true,
Do it for the cause of humanity,
Do it for you!
